In place of skipping a meal, eat slighter amounts regularly. Your body needs a certain number of calories, and it's best if these are spread out over the day rather than all eaten together.

You can start eating in a more healthy way by adding super-foods to your diet. Super-foods are simply foods that have a lot of nutrition. This just means that to get the benefits from them they don't need to be eaten in large amounts. You can get them as foods from the supermarket or a health food store, and you can also get them in the form of a supplement. Included are green foods like, chlorella and spirulina, wheatgrass, noni, goji berry and juices such as acai. By doing some research you'll find some other super-foods Even some fairly common foods like beans, nuts, yogurt and barley are considered by many experts to be super-foods

Such choices, when practiced regularly, can make a big difference in your eating habits. Once you start on the path of eating a healthy diet, you will probably continue once you see the positive health benefits. The main challenge will be on those that eat too much high fructose and carbohydrate foods, something they will have to get used to not eating overtime. The beneficial physical results, once you obtain them, will motivate you to continue on this healthy diet.
