Jersey Shores Season 6 Offers Hours Of Fun Viewing For Followers

MTV's flagship show Jersey Shores season 6 premiere in America was on the twelfth of October 2012. The music-video channel had previously announced that series six of Jersey Shore was going to be the final season in a rapid-fire cycle of its docu-soap styled reality TV show centered on eight perma-tanned, hard-drinking wild-living twenty-somethings. Their booze fuelled shenanigans take place with a backcloth of a communal house in the New Jersey coastal town of Seaside Heights.

The eight youthful housemates originally arrived on the scene for an MTV audience on the third of December 2009. The friends have also appeared in series set in Florence, Italy and Miami. Wherever they take place, the under the influence fights and frolics are guaranteed to be caught on camera. This fashioned an all time great ratings success for MTV, thanks to eight solid weeks of hooking up and partying down.

These four orange-skinned girls and four muscle-bound guys have made a total of seventy-one episodes; each lasting forty-two minutes. The idea for this "loud, young, bold" program was developed by SallyAnn Salsano for MTV. Her experiences of similar summer house shares nudged her in this particular direction. The hilarity is created by the dysfunctional, showboating cast.

Initially, the cast constituted of Michael (aka "The Situation") Sorrentino, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Paul DelVecchio (also known by the pseudonym of "Pauly D" in the blossoming career as a DJ that his growing celebrity status has helped), Vinny Guadagnino, Nicole ("Snookie") Polizzi, Jennifer ("JWoww") Farley, Sam ("Sweetheart") Giancola, and Angelina Pivarnick. After the conclusion of the second season, Nicole Cortese took the place of Angelina. As you possibly will assume from their names, quite a few of the house-mates are of Italian-American extraction.

Each of the six series has currently been put out on DVD, and a soundtrack album, featuring the show's theme (LMFAO's "Get Crazy"), is available on a CD by Universal Republic and MTV.

The sensational show has enjoyed such phenomenal success that as Jersey Shores season 6 aired, cast members have lucrative endorsements for goods such as energy drinks, fragrances, sunglasses and slippers. Merchandise like bobble-head dolls that talk, Halloween outfits, a wide range of T-shirts and game sets for the beach. The video for "I Like It" by Enrique Iglesias also features the eight cast members of this great show.
