To the surprise of no one, the event raised a great deal of money and food donations were made in conjunction with that as well. Every single bit was done for charity and it goes to show.

It's amazing to see just how much impact one business can have when it comes to a cause. It seems like a lot of businesses recognize when something occurs and while they empathize with it, there's not much done about it. This particular firm, though, was proactive and helped to not only raise money but to bring people together when they might not have done so otherwise. In the face of a great disaster, action has to be taken and I'd like to think that no group of actions was as strong as this.
