Miss-spellings imply that you're messy and many people won't read an email that's three feet long. Your e-mail should be precise and relevant and written in short paragraphs with masses of white space.

It won't take long for you to build a respectable list at which point you can send out a once per month newsletter thru your auto responder system letting customers know about the most recent reports in the sector or about new products that you're offering.

Always address your subscriber by his or her first name many make the mistake of not filling in that field and hence subscribers are addressed as "dear subscriber" which isn't awfully private - you should generally compose an e-mail as if you're writing to a chum and never use direct commands like "buy this" or "you must get this". The most useful way to get a sale is to help someone with their issues by giving them helpful info, and offering something free like an electronic book is always welcomed.

Everything that you send to your customer should have value and be important. If suddenly your unsubscribe list goes off the charts then that's fair caution that you've done anything wrong, although you'll always have a specific number of unsubscribers.

Your lead generation website is only a platform for your email and autoresponder system. But you won't be able to generate leads without an auto-responder. Take some time to get yourself up to speed with the system you choose and experiment to see what is best for you. Don't send out a sales spiel to your subscribers too often. Be helpful. Learn how to build relations. Offer price and inspire collaboration and feedback.
