Misconceptions With The Truth About Abs Workout

by Andrew Tatiana

You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know that there seems to be a lot of hype around the Truth About Abs workout. If you're wise, you have probably blown the whole thing off and figured that it just wasn't for you. You were probably as turned off as I was by the bold claims and you figured you'd just wait for the hype to die down before checking it out to see what it was all about.

I know that when I first read about the Truth About Abs workout I quickly dismissed it thinking that it was just a bunch of hype. Everything about it just seemed very fake and I wanted some assurance that the Truth About Abs workout was the real deal before I invested any more time into some fly by night fitness author who was pushing a book. What could the Truth About Abs workout offer me that I didn't already know or that I couldn't find for free on the internet?

From time to time I have had to eat my own words. I admit this freely but I was pretty sure that this wasn't going to be one of those times, or would it? I had a buddy that was talking to everyone that he knew about this great workout that he had just started and how he felt and looked better thanks to this book that he had read. You know the type of guy. The guy that practically begs you to ask him what's up even though you don't want to hear it but out of respect you oblige him and kick back to listen to the ranting and raving.

He cornered me one day in the break room at work and started telling me how I had to check this book out in one big, long sentence that lasted what seemed like forever. Now was the time for me to put him out of his misery. Now was the time for me to humiliate him in front of all our coworkers that he had been preaching to so I let him have it. I asked him how much he was digging workout out for hours every night instead of actually enjoying life.

He got a little arrogant with me and said that I didn't know anything about what he was up to. He said that at first he was willing to work out every day for as long as it took to get looking good and ripped but, to his surprise, he had actually slacked off on working out a bit. He wasn't working half as hard as he had been and he was getting better results from his lack of effort, or so it seemed.

I was down with that. So, I hadn't discover the chink in his armor. He wasn't working out like a dog every night. He wasn't spending a third of his life in a gym but there had to be a logical explanation. There must be some sort of catch and I was prepared to find it. I was pretty sure that there was more to the story like that I would be required to do special exercises at a gym or buy some sort of giant silly bands that I would turn into dog toys later once I realized that this program didn't work. So, I asked him.

He was getting a bit miffed at this point because I wasn't taking him seriously and I guess he was trying to help me. He informed me that he still didn't have a membership and he had no intention of getting one. He didn't buy any stuff to go along with his new exercise routine but he did splurge and buy himself a set of weights and a bar to do pull ups on to make things easier ane more enjoyable once he started to see a difference in his body.

The best was yet to come though and I was pretty sure that there was more than meets the eye when it came to the Truth About Abs so I let the hammer drop. I asked him how much creatine he was taking to get the built look that he was sporting these days. There had to be an explanation and I was sure that he was supplementing with something whether it be creatine or protein shakes multiple times a day, which could add to the weekly grocery bill, for sure.

My buddy laughed again and told me that none of that stuff was necessary and that the Truth About Abs workout was the most straight forward and healthy workout routine that he had seen to date. He was seeing results and it all made sense to him. He said he felt better, was healthier and his body was in the best shape that it had ever been in thanks to the Truth About Abs workout.
