Masimba Marlon Clarke was born in the Canadian area of Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1974. After just six months after his birth, he moved to Tobago and Trinidad in the West Indies. He lived in this Caribbean nations for years and later moved back to his place of birth in Canada. His family moved yet again in 1984 to settle in Toronto. This is where he began his acting career.
