Those working in that position will help the company to grow and to expand. If they do not perform well, they will not be helping the company at all and this can eventually lead to the demise of the company.
For a company to perform well, all of the employees need to be doing the right thing. The employees make the company what it is. The management team serves as a guide and help guide the company. The employees are the ones who execute what the management team has put into place. How well it is executed will depend on the employees.
