To assemble a connection with somebody. You need to understand how they sense and feel completelty. What are their difficulties? What are they going through?

The famous saying is: "Be interested, rather than interesting."

What's the purpose in making an empathy map?

Honestly, it really is this simple. If you are able to communicate to your prospect, perfect client, or market, in a manner that get's them connected or interested, your on your method to making money. If you can create interaction, or your able to convey in a way that holds your target audience's focus, you will transform more revenue into your company.

You need to request 6 primary concerns to yourself. You mut answer these..

#1: What does your customer say? (Meaning, what are a few of the items your customer says-what do they generally discuss, and how do they explain their difficulty.)

# 2: What are the steps your customer takes? (What do they do? What do they enjoy? What are their hobbies? Where do they work? How do they spend their time?)

#3: What is your customer thinking? (How much does their difficulty bug them? What are their beliefs? How do they consider your product/service?) - That is essential if your in their head, you know them better than their selves are known by them. Talk to their ideas.

# 4 : What feelings do they feel when they think about their problem? What are they experiencing? Is this a pain.. or a pleasure?

(What do they experience what they say, believe, and do? do? How is this problem influencing their day to day life? How might they feel with a remedy?)

#5: What are your customers wishes? (What are they yearning for?)

# 6: What is the customer frightened of? (What truly makes them shiver? What are they avoiding?)
