How to Reactivate a Blog You've Been Neglecting
by Elba Russell
You probably started your Internet Marketing career as a blogger. Blogs can be a simple and enjoyable way to earn income. For many bloggers, the job is equal parts fun and business, as they can collect money from ads while writing about their chosen topics. What often happens with bloggers, however, is that their enthusiasm wanes as they get involved with other projects. Your blog gets updated less and less frequently, and becomes less interesting as a result. This is when most Internet Marketers panic. Don't worry, though. With a little effort, you can create a renewed interest in your blog and start attracting visitors there once again.
Why not do a redesign? You know how sometimes when you get tired of your living room you move the furniture around to give it a new feel? Even a few basic changes can give the room a new feeling. You can do the same thing with your blog. It's not that hard to overhaul your blog's design. Perhaps your blog has a cluttered look, and could benefit by streamlining it. The better you like your own blog, the more effort you'll be willing to put into it. When people visit your blog, they'll also notice the difference.
Relax and take a very deep breath! Believe it or not, people that read your blog understand that you are a human being that maybe in need of a break! Nobody is going to throw a brick at you because you stopped posting for a while. Just tell everyone that you're leaving and you'll be back in a little while. More than likely, if you are having writers block, this is happening because you are forcing yourself to create when you really cannot. You may need to force yourself not to post - see what happens when you do this!
Is it realistic for you to commit to writing great content for your blog, day after day? You may have blogged daily when you first began, but can you really continue at such a pace? The answer is probably no. There's no law saying you have to write all of your posts, so what you can do is ask your readers and other bloggers to write articles for your blog. You can still write your own posts, but you'll also be enlisting help to make things easier for you. Just because your blog needs fresh content regularly doesn't mean you have to write all of it.
If you forget about a blog for any length of time, people will stop visiting it, the search engines will ignore it and so on. But if you decide that you want your blog to become important once more, there are definite ways to bring this about. You can easily get burnt out working on a blog, or simply overloaded with other tasks. You don't want to let all of the effort you put into your blog go to waste. So, why not take some action steps on your blog today?
The methods involving andrew gotti commission vantage we have just talked about are proven to bring the results you need to add positive growth to your business.
