I Absolutely Love The Poker Playing Cards That We Use In Our Weekly Poker Games

I'm not a person who clings to a lot of traditions, however I am very fond of my weekly poker game, a game for which I only use the best poker playing cards. The thing that started it was that my old college roommate Zack just happened to move into a house down the street from me, and he found a poker table top left in the basement, so we began holding poker nights in the basement. We invited some of our other friends and everyone was thrilled with the idea of starting a weekly poker night.
Soon we had a big group of guys that were coming every week and we all looked forward excitedly to our game nights. We started out playing with real money, but some of the guys were getting in trouble with their wives for losing too much money, and we were having more fun simply playing the game and trying to bluff each other without stressing over the money. We quit playing for money, and were able to enjoy playing the game and enjoy the company and conversation, and that way everyone could play without being scared of losing all their money.
Before long, we were all getting more skilled in our poker games and felt that we should have some new poker accessories to make us feel more serious. One of the guys, Sam said that he had been looking online and found some nice poker chip sets so we all pitched in and bought them so that we could use them in our weekly games.
After much debate, we decided on clay poker chips because Max swore that they were head and shoulders above the plastic ones as far as quality and look. We were so happy with our new chips that we decided to go in together again and buy some more poker supplies to use in our table top poker. First off, we bought some new decks of cards, since our old ones were getting a little work and some were even tearing a bit.
After everything came and we began using them for our weekly games, I can truly say that these are the best playing cards that I have ever used. The cards have a durable plastic coating so they won't get little rips in them and they shuffle absolutely perfectly. We all just love poker, and it is wonderful to have an excuse to get away from everything and get together with some friends. I have discovered that I am getting better and better, and I have been winning about ninety percent of our games, so I have been thinking about entering a poker tournament so I could hopefully make some money from it.
